In such cases it is likely that Buyers will wish to have a hard copy of the Consultants’ profiles for their personal use. Acceptance of these conditions implies your agreement to this degree of disclosure of your information.
Similarly, Which Consultant’s business also requires that Buyer’s organization profiles and details of project, job and partnering opportunities that are being advertised on Which Consultant’s Site are accessible to Consultant’s and others using or visiting our website. Additionally, we are required to disclose names and contact information to Consultant’s and others who wish to discuss assignment, project, employment and partnering opportunities with Buyers who are of interest. In such cases, it is likely that Consultants and others will wish to have a hard copy of the Buyers’ organization profiles and project, employment or partnering opportunities for their personal use. Acceptance of these conditions implies your agreement to this degree of disclosure of your information.
We have established special member sections on our Site, which will only be accessible by our members who have been authorized to access such sections. All personal information collected by Which Consultant will only be given to those individuals at Which Consultant who have a need to know.
We will use all reasonable efforts to protect the quality and integrity of all our Buyer’s and Consultants’ personal information. Information provided by Buyers and Consultants in the registration forms or uploaded to the Site for the Consultant Directory, Project Board and Employment Board will not be altered by Which Consultant. However, we will obscure any information that would reveal the identity of the Consultant to anyone other than a Buyer wishing to contact the Consultant to discuss an assignment, project or employment opportunity.
If a Buyer or Consultant removes his / her registration from our system, the registration document and any other related information will be entirely deleted from our system. As a user of our service you agree and undertake not to obtain information about others from the Site, including e-mail addresses, except as provided for in the context of proper usage of our services.
4. TRANSACTION INFORMATION COLLECTED
When you purchase Which Consultant’s services from our Site, in addition to your personal information, we ask you for a credit card number and expiration date, if you select this method of payment. We only use this information to complete the transaction that you have requested, i.e. to deliver and store information, or purchase other services. We do not store your credit card information.
5. SHARING INFORMATION
Which Consultant by Bennington Group Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Which Consultant will not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any information provided in relation to our service by Buyers or Consultants. 6. REGISTRATION PASSWORD
Your Personal Information is password-protected to control access to this personal information. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. Which Consultant never asks for passwords in unsolicited phone calls or unsolicited e-mails. Remember to log out and close your browser window when you have finished. It is each Buyer’s and Consultant’s sole responsibility to review, amend, or delete your information, to ensure that it is up-to-date and correct. If, at any time, your personal or other information relating to project and jobs needs updating or changing, it can be added to, amended or deleted by simply logging-in to the Members section of the Site and effecting the necessary changes yourself.
10. BUSINESS TRANSFERS
If all or part of Which Consultant is sold, merged or otherwise transferred to another entity, the personal information and activity data that you have provided to us and our financial records may be transferred to the acquiring organization as part of that transaction.
11. AMENDMENTS
Which Consultant reserves the right to amend or modify this Privacy Statement at any time. If we make any material changes in the way in which your personal information is collected from you, we will notify you of these changes by e-mail.
